Billing and invoices

Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record, so “Paddle” is what appears on your card statement, not KongInsight. Your receipt email contains a link to your customer portal, where you can download invoices, update your payment method or cancel a subscription. If you cannot find it, email us and we will send it again.

Reporting a data error

KongInsight shows Hong Kong government open data. If a building, lot or zone looks wrong, tell us what you saw and where — we will check whether it is our rendering or the underlying government dataset, and say which.
